The operations of a club night are invisible when they work and unmissable when they fail. Three artists, one continuous night

A multi-DJ bill is an operations puzzle disguised as a lineup. Each artist has an arrival time, a technical setup, a set window and a handover. That means advancing each DJ's requirements before the night, having the booth prepped for every changeover, and keeping a stage manager on the running order who knows exactly when each transition lands. The property has been refined across many editions, in a lineage running from the first Kannada DJ party in February 2022 with NKM through the NKM and Kalaluha billing of September 2023 to the eight premium Kannada DJ properties built since, and the operational playbook has been rewritten and tightened at every step.
