Akcent Live in Bengaluru: Adrian Sina on a Kalaluha Stage

Most of Kalaluha's story is written in Indian languages: Kannada club nights, Hindi playback legends, Carnatic and devotional voices. The Akcent show at RCB Bar & Cafe in Bengaluru is the chapter written in Romanian. Akcent, the pop band fronted by Adrian Sina, played the city with the entire production handled end-to-end by Kalaluha, and the night proved something specific about what the company can carry.
Who came to town
Akcent are a Romanian pop act with Adrian Sina at the front, part of the wave of European pop that found an enormous and loyal audience in India. For many Indian listeners, this music arrived in their lives years ago and stayed there, which is why an Akcent booking in Bengaluru is not a curiosity gig. It is a reunion between a band and an audience that never stopped listening.
That audience relationship shapes the night. A crowd at an international pop show has waited a long time, often across a decade or more, to hear these songs live. The expectation in the room is heavier than at a routine club night, and the production has to be worthy of the wait.
What end-to-end actually means
End-to-end is an easy phrase and a hard job, and it is worth unpacking what it covers when the artist is flying in from another continent:
- Artist liaison across time zones, riders and international logistics
- Stage, sound and light production matched to the band's requirements
- The venue relationship, in this case RCB Bar & Cafe, one of Bengaluru's most recognisable branded venues
- Promotion, ticketing and the on-ground running of the night itself
With a domestic act, gaps in planning can often be patched with a phone call. With an international act, there is no patching. Every requirement has to be understood, agreed and delivered before the band lands. That discipline is why Kalaluha lists artist booking and liaison, and production across stage, sound and light, as core elements of its live concert services.
Where this fits in the Kalaluha story
Kalaluha was founded in 2023 with a mission rooted in Indian art forms, music and stories. So why produce a Romanian pop band? Because the mission is about stages as much as stories. A production company that can deliver an international act end-to-end at a branded venue is a stronger platform for every Indian artist it stages afterwards. The same rigour that gets Adrian Sina's requirements right is the rigour that serves a Padma Shri vocalist or a gharana-trained classical singer.
Since 2023, Kalaluha has produced close to thirty productions across venues as different as KTPO, NICE Grounds, The Leela Palace and RCB Bar & Cafe. The Akcent night sits in that list as proof of range: the company's craft does not depend on the language of the lyrics.
The show has its own page at Akcent Live. For a sense of how wide the slate runs, from international pop to devotional festivals, browse the full body of work from the homepage and see the nights themselves in our gallery.
