• Close the books honestly. More than 3.5 lakh tickets sold since 2023 is a number worth trusting only because every show behind it was counted without flattery.

Where discipline meets the stage

None of this makes the shows smaller. It makes them possible. Vishal's three questions for every project are: Can this be sharper? Can this mean more? Can this outlive a single night? CFO discipline is what lets a company answer yes to the third question with a straight face, because properties that return every year, like the Appu Cup played in memory of Puneeth Rajkumar, only survive if the underlying economics are sound.

The romance of live events is real. Vishal's argument is that romance is downstream of solvency.
