Inside The House of Edits: How Vaibhav B Bharadwaj Built a Multidisciplinary Agency

Before he directed live nights for Kalaluha, Vaibhav B Bharadwaj built an agency. The House of Edits, which he founded and runs as CEO, is a multidisciplinary creative agency based on a simple observation: a brand's problems do not arrive sorted by department, so the answers should not be sold that way either.
One roof, seven crafts
The House of Edits works across:
- Digital marketing
- Branding
- Video production
- Social media strategy
- Design
- Web development
- Corporate communications
The point of holding these under one roof is not volume. It is coherence. A campaign built by one team speaks in one voice: the film matches the website, the website matches the social feed, the feed matches the brand. When those crafts sit with separate vendors, the seams show. When they sit together, the work compounds.
Who the agency serves
The client list cuts across sectors: businesses, educational institutions, real estate brands, entertainment companies and public personalities. The sectors differ. The needs do not. Every client wants to be trusted, noticed and remembered. That maps exactly to the standard Vaibhav applies to all his work: inspire trust, hold attention, create lasting value. A real estate brand and a public personality are, in that sense, the same brief with different raw material.
The production connection
The agency and Vaibhav's role at Kalaluha feed each other. At Kalaluha he plans and executes large-scale entertainment and cultural events, with a remit covering creative direction, visual branding, event marketing, audience engagement, sponsorship communication and digital campaigns. That is agency craft applied to a stage. In the other direction, live production keeps the agency honest. Show nights have deadlines that cannot slide and audiences that react in real time. A team exposed to that pressure treats every client deadline as fixed and every audience as live.
What multidisciplinary really means
The word gets used loosely. For Vaibhav it means something specific: the discipline to take a single idea and carry it across film, design, web and communication without losing its shape. His career was built in storytelling, branding and experiential marketing, and the agency is that career expressed as a company. The craft changes room by room. The idea must not.
His belief holds for client work as much as for concerts: every project should leave something behind. For an agency, that means work a client still uses and still believes in long after the invoice is paid. More about his event work is on the Vaibhav B Bharadwaj team page, with team writing on the journal and production stills in the gallery.
