How Vaibhav B. Bharadwaj Runs Event Marketing at Kalaluha

By the time an audience files into a venue, the show has already been running for weeks on their phones. The announcement post, the artist reveal, the ticket link, the countdown: all of it is a production in its own right, with its own deadlines and its own opening night. At Kalaluha, that production belongs to Vaibhav B. Bharadwaj, the company's Creative Director, whose brief covers creative direction, visual branding, event marketing, audience engagement, sponsorship communication and digital campaigns.
Marketing a show is not marketing a product
A product sits on a shelf and waits. A concert does not. It happens on one date, at one venue, and every ticket unsold on that date stays unsold forever. That is the pressure event marketing works under, and it shapes how Vaibhav approaches a campaign. The work is not a single poster pushed out repeatedly. It is a sequence: an announcement that earns attention, a build that keeps the show in conversation, and a final stretch that converts interest into tickets before the gates open.
Kalaluha's slate gives that sequence plenty to work with. Since 2023 the company has staged close to thirty productions and sold more than 3.5 lakh tickets, across everything from the sold-out Shreya Ghoshal All Hearts Tour night at New Horizon College of Engineering to Kannada DJ properties at Fandom at Gilly's Redefined. Each of those shows needed its own voice online, and each voice had to still feel like Kalaluha.
Two audiences, one campaign
Event marketing at this level speaks to two audiences at once. The first is the ticket buyer, reached through digital campaigns and audience engagement. The second is the brand partner, reached through sponsorship communication: the decks, the visibility plans, the reporting that convinces a sponsor their name belongs on the stage. Kalaluha's productions have generated over Rs 20 crore in combined ticketing and brand-partnership value, and that second number does not happen without marketing that sponsors can trust.
The two audiences pull in different directions. A fan wants excitement; a sponsor wants clarity. Vaibhav's role is to keep one campaign serving both, so the same show identity that fills the venue also carries the partner's presence with dignity rather than clutter.
The agency muscle behind the role
Vaibhav does not come to this work from events alone. He is also the founder and CEO of The House of Edits, a multidisciplinary creative agency working across digital marketing, branding, video production, social media, design, web development and corporate communications, with clients spanning businesses, education, real estate, entertainment and public personalities. That range matters at Kalaluha. A concert campaign is simultaneously a branding exercise, a video pipeline, a social calendar and a communications job, and it helps when one person has run all four as separate professional disciplines.
His academic route was different again: a B.Tech in Computer Science with a Cyber Security specialisation from Presidency University Bengaluru. The result is a marketer who thinks in systems, plans in sequences and treats a campaign as something to be engineered, not improvised.
Every Kalaluha show begins its public life as a piece of marketing long before it becomes a night of music. If you want to see where those campaigns end up, the event pages and artwork across this site are the record, and the Vaibhav B. Bharadwaj team page is where the person behind them is introduced.
