20 Concerts in 2.5 Years: Dr. Chethana R S as Producer

Twenty large-scale concerts in two and a half years. Write it down and it looks like a statistic. Live through it and it is a relentless cycle of artist negotiations, venue holds, permission files, stage builds, ticket launches and show nights that each end at two in the morning. This is the producing record of Dr. Chethana R S, founder of Kalaluha, and it is the engine behind everything the company has become.
The scale of the run
Since its founding in 2023, Kalaluha has staged close to thirty productions, sold more than 3.5 lakh tickets, and generated over Rs 20 crore in combined ticketing and brand-partnership value. Within that, Dr. Chethana's personal producing count stands at 20 large-scale concerts in 2.5 years.
The roster reads like a map of Indian music itself. Shreya Ghoshal's All Hearts Tour, presented with Superhits 93.5 RED FM under RED LIVE in Concert, sold out at New Horizon College of Engineering. Padma Shri Kailash Kher and Band Kailasa played Lakeside at Orion Mall. Sid Sriram sang for Krishna Janmashtami at KTPO Whitefield. Hiphop Tamizha brought their Return of the Dragon world tour home edition to NICE Grounds. Abhijeet Bhattacharya revisited the defining playback songs of the nineties at Melody Milap. Akcent, the Romanian pop band, played RCB Bar & Cafe with Kalaluha handling the international production end to end.
Beyond concerts: properties she owns
A producer books shows. A property builder creates things that repeat. Dr. Chethana has done both. She has built eight premium Kannada DJ properties, a lineage that began with Bengaluru's first Kannada DJ party in February 2022 and now runs as a club property at Fandom at Gilly's Redefined in Koramangala.
She also owns three Kannada celebrity sports reality properties. The most visible is her team in Appu Cup Season 02, the Kannada celebrity cricket tournament played in memory of Puneeth Rajkumar: the Gandhadha Gudi Warriors, captained by Bhuvan Gowda. Owning a team is a different discipline from producing a concert, and she runs both in parallel.
The producer's method
What does it take to sustain this pace without dropping quality? Kalaluha's service structure offers a clue. The company organises its work into live concert experiences, large format productions, luxury brand experiences, sports and entertainment, and faith and cultural experiences. That structure is a producer's answer to chaos: every show, however different, moves through disciplines the team already knows, from artist liaison and show direction to power, crew and site logistics.
The range matters as much as the count. The same producer who staged a sold-out Shreya Ghoshal night also staged midnight arati and annadana at the ISKCON Janmashtami editions, and holographic Kannada cinema visuals at The Leela Palace. Very few producers work across devotional, cinematic, club and stadium registers. Dr. Chethana treats them as one job: give the audience a night they cannot forget.
Twenty concerts in, the pace has not slowed; the public roadmap already lists new IPs in development. Read Dr. Chethana's full profile at her team page, revisit the sold-out night at Shreya Ghoshal's All Hearts Tour, and see where the slate goes next at what's coming.
