The Questions Clients Ask Kalaluha Most, Answered

Every serious client conversation we have starts with a version of the same few questions, whether it comes from a brand, a temple institution, an artist's team or a sponsor. Rather than answer them one call at a time, here they are in one place, answered the way we answer them across the table.
What does Kalaluha actually produce?
We are a live event production company, not a media agency, and our work falls into five lines. Live Concert Experiences covers artist booking and liaison, stage, sound and light production, ticketing, promotion and sponsorship, and show direction. Large Format Productions is the heavy machinery: stage and set engineering, LED walls, screens and broadcast, power, crew and site logistics, and safety, permissions and clearances. Luxury Brand Experiences covers concept and experience design, venue transformation, celebrity curation and hosting, and on ground activation. Sports & Entertainment builds leagues and properties, manages teams and celebrities, packages sponsorship and broadcast, and runs match day production. Faith & Cultural Experiences handles festival and bhajan productions, temple and institution partnerships, stage, decor and darshan flow, and crowd care at scale.
Have you done something like our event before?
Almost certainly, because the range is deliberate. A sold out Shreya Ghoshal concert presented with Superhits 93.5 RED FM. Sri Krishna Janmashtami productions with ISKCON at KTPO Whitefield across 2024 and 2025, with Jana Small Finance Bank as title sponsor, running Vedic chants, culturals, midnight arati, annadana and abhishekam for thousands of devotees. Appu Cup, a Kannada celebrity cricket property in memory of Puneeth Rajkumar. An end to end international production for the Romanian pop band Akcent at RCB Bar & Cafe. A luxury hip hop showcase at The Leela Palace. Eight premium Kannada DJ properties built since 2022. If your event sits anywhere between a club night and a palace ground bhajan for thousands, we have staged its cousin.
Who will we actually be working with?
Four people carry the core of every production. Dr. Chethana R S, our founder, has produced 20 large scale concerts in two and a half years and is herself a performing artist with over 350 dance shows across nine forms, which shapes how we treat artists. Vishal R S, co-founder and head of strategy, finance and operations, is an IIT Roorkee alumnus who runs every plan through three questions: can this be sharper, can this mean more, can this outlive a single night. Vaibhav B. Bharadwaj, our creative director, leads creative direction, visual branding, event marketing, sponsorship communication and digital campaigns. Megharaj S N runs creative design and visual operations; every poster, LED frame and layout passes through him last, held to a forty feet wide standard, because artwork that survives a hoarding survives anything.
How does a project start, and what do you need from us?
Write to support@kalaluha.com or reach us on Instagram at @kalaluha. What helps most in a first conversation is clarity on three things: the audience you want in the room, the scale you are imagining, and the outcome that would make the night worth it for you. We take it from there, including venue strategy across the grounds, halls, hotels and clubs we have already produced in around Bengaluru. Since 2023 that process has delivered close to thirty productions and more than 3.5 lakh tickets sold, so the machinery you are plugging into is well run in.
If you want the full picture before you write to us, the five service lines are laid out at our services, the people are at Dr. Chethana R S and Vishal R S, and the proof is across our work and press coverage. Bring us the empty stage; the rest is our job.
